Cancellation policy
Section 1 - Subscription Policy
Pachanga box is offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Section 2 - Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. All subscriptions renew on the 10th of the month.
For example:
If you subscribe to the 3 month subscription (which is a 3 month prepaid subscription), you receive a box per month and you will be charged again after the 3 months on the 10th to renew you subscription unless you cancel(please see Section 3 for more details on the cancellation policy).
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time; however, please abide by the policy in Section 3. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. They include the ability to cancel, pause and resume subscriptions. Section 3 - Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, you must do so 3 days before the renewal date, which can be found in your subscription portal linked when you subscribed. It is typically the 10th of the month. Failure to do so may result in your order being fulfilled and you being charged.
Section 4 - Gift Pachanga Box
Gift Pachanga Box will not auto renew. All purchase options are a one time purchase. For example: If you gift the 6 month Gift Pachanga Box, you will be charged once for all 5 months, and the gift recipient will receive 6 deliveries. Once expired, you will not be charged for a renewal.
