What is Pachanga Box?

  • Pachanga Box is a subscription box that allows you to experience a different Latin American country each month. You will receive a unique box of snacks all from the featured country. For example, if the featured country is Peru, all your snacks will be Peruvian (Machu Picchu, anyone?)!

Which country is featured this month?

  • This month we are doing 7+ countries in one box to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month! The countries are: Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Perus and Venezuela

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

  • Yes! You'll be able to cancel, edit or pause your subscription using the account that's generated for you at purchase. Feel free to check out subscription policy for more details.

When will I get my Pachanga Box?

  • Once you've subscribed, we will ship your box 1-4 business days after your purchase date. For all future boxes, you can expect them to be shipped by the 12th!

What is your return and refund policy?

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of our product (perishable goods) we cannot accept returns in any circumstance. Refunds are not typically issued, but we may make an exception in rare cases. Check out our refund policy for more details.

Do you ship to my country?

  • Currently we only ship to the USA. Though we are looking to expand! If you are interested in seeing Pachanga Box in your country, shoot us an email at contact@pachangabox.com

What’s inside the box?

  • Each Pachanga Box has 18 to 22 snacks from the featured country of the month. For example, if the feature country is Argentina, all your snacks will be Argentinian!

Can I customize my box?

  • We currently do not offer this option.

What is the size of the box?

  • Our Pachanga Box is 9.5x7.5x4 Inches and it comes with 18-22 curated snacks. We strive to keep the snacks as interesting, varied and as high quality as possible each month!

How many snacks will I get?

  • You will receive 18-22 delicious snacks from the featured country every month!

My box arrived damaged!

  • We are sorry to hear that! We ask that you please take a photo immediately and email us at contact@pachangabox.com via our Contact Page where we can do our best to assist and make things right.

When will my subscription be billed?

  • When you first subscribe, you will be billed when you submit your order; however, for future billings, they will be done on the 8th of the month.

How long does shipping take?

  • Once the package departs, you should expect delivery within 2-8 days; however, there are some instances where delivery may take as long as 10 days. If your order has not arrived in 2 weeks, please contact us using our contact form or emails us at contact@pachangabox.com

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

  • Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can cancel or pause your subscription from there or you can contact us using our contact form or email us at contact@pachangabox.com. Please look though our subscription policy for all the details.
