Q: Where do you ship to? 

A: Shipping is limited to the USA

Q: What is your shipping cost? 

A: Shipping to the contiguous USA is flat rate of 7$ per box, per delivery.

For the following it is flat rate of 14$ per box, per delivery:
Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands 

Q: When do you ship? 

A: For new purchases, we ship 1-4 business days after the purchase date. For subscriptions, generally they will be shipped between the 9th and the 12th of the month. 

Q:  How long does it take to arrive? 

A: Typically take 2-8 days from shipping date to arrival; however delays can happen. If it's been more than 2 weeks, please contact us at contact@pachangabox.com

Q: How can I change my address? 

A: Please email us at contact@pachangabox.com so we can change if. You can also change the address via your account, but we ask that you still email us to validate. 

Q: How can I track my order? 

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking order/link. 

Q: My Pachanga Box arrive damaged!

A: We are sorry to hear that! We ask that you please take a photo immediately and email us at contact@pachangabox.com via our Contact Page where we can do our best to assist and make things right.
